Conditions of Use

By accessing, registering on, or using the mp999 platform at mp999.app (the "Platform"), you ("User", "Player", "you") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotional rules published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and mp999 ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not accept any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

Continued use of the mp999 Platform following any update to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this document periodically.

Access to and use of the mp999 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. mp999 is strictly an adult platform. Players under the age of 21 are not permitted to register, access, or use any service on the Platform.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities may not register as players.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gaming or sports betting is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of mp999 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or software suppliers.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the mp999 Platform for any reason.

mp999 employs a mandatory Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any point during your use of the Platform. Withdrawals will not be processed until identity verification is complete.

If mp999 reasonably suspects that a Player is under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended pending age verification. Any winnings accumulated during a period of unverified age may be voided and any deposits returned at the Company's absolute discretion.

Each individual Player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the mp999 Platform. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. mp999 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account will be attributed to you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].

mp999 operates a full Anti-Money Laundering ("AML") and KYC compliance programme. You may be required to submit one or more of the following at any time:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (National ID Card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit (screenshot of mobile wallet, bank statement)
• Source of funds documentation where deposits exceed applicable thresholds

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by mp999 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until compliance is achieved.

All financial transactions on the mp999 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). mp999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and standard bank transfer.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within your account dashboard and are subject to change.
• Deposits are for gaming purposes only. mp999 does not accept deposits for any other purpose.
• mp999 does not accept deposits from payment instruments not registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your mp999 wallet upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited within two (2) minutes.

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit into the account, subject to KYC verification requirements.
• mp999 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawal requests.
• Processing times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed within 30 minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are typically processed same-day for requests submitted before 17:00 PKT.
• Withdrawal requests made whilst a balance is subject to an active bonus wagering requirement may be deferred until the wagering requirement is met or the bonus is forfeited.

mp999 does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider (e.g., your bank or mobile wallet operator) may apply their own charges. mp999 is not responsible for any third-party fees. All balances are held and settled in PKR with no foreign exchange conversion applied.

mp999 offers various promotional incentives to Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and sports betting enhanced odds. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion.

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players aged 21 and above who have completed the registration process. Bonus eligibility may be further restricted based on account status, jurisdiction, or payment method.
• Each promotional offer will specify a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be processed. Wagering requirements must be reviewed before accepting any bonus.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from your account without compensation.
• mp999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with or without notice, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Any attempt to claim a welcome bonus multiple times — whether via multiple accounts or shared payment instruments — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and potential account closure.
• Game contributions towards wagering requirements vary by game type. Casino slots typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live table games, sports bets, and other game categories may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's individual terms.

mp999 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. Any Player found to be exploiting promotions through irregular betting patterns, low-risk strategy play designed solely to meet wagering requirements, or coordinated play with other accounts may have their bonus and associated winnings voided.

The mp999 sportsbook covers cricket (including PSL, ICC tournaments, and domestic competitions), football, UFC, and a range of other international sports. The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on the Platform.

All bets are subject to acceptance by mp999. The Company reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its absolute discretion and without obligation to provide a reason. Odds displayed are indicative until a bet is confirmed, at which point the confirmed odds are binding.

Bets are settled in accordance with the result of the relevant event as determined by the official governing body of that sport. In the event of any dispute regarding a result, mp999's decision — made in good faith based on available official data — shall be final.

A bet may be declared void in circumstances including: event cancellation, event postponement beyond applicable cut-off periods, obvious pricing errors, or where the integrity of an event is in question. Voided bets result in a full refund of the staked amount.

In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to available market liquidity. mp999 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time. Bets placed after an event's conclusion — due to delays in data transmission — will be voided and the stake returned.

Maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per sport category apply and are published within the sportsbook. mp999 reserves the right to apply individual account-level betting limits at its discretion.

All casino games available on the mp999 Platform — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and speciality games — operate on certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology. Our RNG systems are independently audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories to ensure randomness and statistical fairness.

Published Return to Player ("RTP") percentages for all games reflect independently verified performance data. These percentages represent theoretical long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions or wagers.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, the affected game round may be voided and the stake returned to the Player's account. mp999 will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve all reported technical issues promptly. Decisions made by mp999 following investigation of technical malfunctions are final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mp999 Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate.

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on the Platform
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods
• Colluding with other Players to influence game or betting outcomes
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors and failing to report them to mp999 immediately
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes match-fixing, spot-fixing, or manipulation of sporting events
• Money laundering or using the Platform to facilitate any financial crime
• Attempting to access or tamper with the accounts of other Players
• Abusing, harassing, or threatening mp999 staff or other Platform users
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or any tool designed to circumvent geographic or account restrictions

mp999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of tools that Players can use to manage their gaming activity. These tools are available directly within your account settings and activate immediately upon request.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen notifications showing the duration and cost of your current session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion activates immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

All content on the mp999 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall design and arrangement of the Platform, is the property of mp999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform
• Use any data mining, scraping, or extraction tools on the Platform

Any unauthorised use of mp999's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

mp999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

mp999 collects only data that is necessary for account operation, KYC compliance, AML obligations, responsible gaming monitoring, and improvement of Platform services. We do not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mp999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or any other pecuniary loss.

mp999's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mp999 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.

mp999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player account at its absolute discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Suspected or confirmed bonus abuse
• Reasonable belief that the Player is under 21 years of age
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months
• Compliance with a legal obligation, court order, or regulatory directive

Upon termination for cause, mp999 reserves the right to forfeit the Player's balance in whole or in part, subject to regulatory requirements. Where termination occurs for reasons other than breach (e.g., voluntary closure or inactivity), any verified outstanding balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of all required KYC checks.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mp999 holds its international online gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to first contact mp999's customer support team at [email protected]. Our support team has resolution authority for the majority of disputes and will aim to provide a formal response within five (5) business days of receiving a written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, it may be referred to the independent dispute resolution mechanism available under our applicable gaming licence framework. Details of this mechanism are available upon written request to [email protected].

Nothing in this clause shall restrict a Player's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation in their jurisdiction of residence.

mp999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address or via an on-Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 13.
